Article 1 - Purpose
The Author entrusts the Publisher with the preparation, editing and publication of the work under the terms set out in this agreement.
Article 2 - Originality and Responsibility for the Text
The Author warrants that the work is original, respects third-party rights and accepts full responsibility for its content, while the Publisher’s role is limited to its preparation and publication.
Article 3 - Author’s Rights
The Author retains all rights in the work, and any translation, adaptation or other use remains subject to the Author’s prior approval.
Article 4 - Publisher’s Obligations
The Publisher is responsible for preparing the book for publication, assigning its ISBN and completing the legal deposit formalities.
Article 5 - Author Copy, PDF File and Commercialisation
After publication, the Author receives one copy of the book and a PDF file; any additional copies are at the Author’s expense, with no minimum order, and the Author may freely choose the distribution arrangements and retail price.
Article 6 - Term and Termination
The agreement is concluded for a period of five years from the date of signature, and any early termination must be notified in writing by the parties.
